How can we help?

Most answers are below. If you’re still stuck, email [email protected] — we read every message and reply.

Getting started

  1. 1
    Wear your watch to bed

Any Apple Watch that tracks sleep works. Turn on Sleep Focus for sleep and breathing rate — wrist temperature also needs Series 8 or later.

  2. 2
Open Perigee and allow Health access

On the setup screen, turn on every category. Each one answers a different question, and Perigee can’t fill the gaps by guessing.

  3. 3
    Give it about a week

Perigee compares each night with what is usual for you. That comparison becomes more useful after about 7 nights.

Common questions

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Yes. Perigee reads the data your watch records overnight and across the day. Any Apple Watch that tracks sleep works; wrist temperature needs Series 8 or later with Sleep Focus on.

Why don’t I see any data yet?

Three things to check: (1) you wore the watch to bed with Sleep Focus on; (2) in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Perigee, every category is turned on; (3) it may simply be early — Perigee needs about 7 nights before it can make a fair comparison with what is usual for you. iOS keeps Health access private, so the app can’t tell whether a category is off. If numbers are missing, check that permission screen first.

Wrist temperature isn’t showing up.

Wrist temperature during sleep requires Apple Watch Series 8 or later, and you must sleep with Sleep Focus on. It also needs a few nights before Perigee can compare a night fairly with what is usual for you.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Perigee Plus is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Perigee. Apple’s purchase sheet and subscription screen show your final price, renewal date, and whether an introductory trial is offered to your account.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Perigee, and use “Restore Purchase” on the paywall. Saving your account with Sign in with Apple or Google also carries your settings across devices.

How is my health data kept private?

Your readings are worked out on your iPhone. If you choose cloud-written summaries, Perigee sends a random app ID and a compact set of calculated numbers — not your raw Apple Health records, name, email or notes. We never sell health data or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent and how long providers may keep it.

How do I export my data or the doctor report?

Open the weekly report and use the export option to generate a doctor-ready PDF you can share or bring to an appointment.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to You → AI & privacy → Delete account. This removes the data tied to your account. Deleting the app also removes data stored only on that iPhone.

Is Perigee medical advice?

No. Perigee is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It organizes your own readings so you and your doctor can review them together — it never diagnoses anything or tells you what to take.
