About Perigee — boilerplate
Most women reach perimenopause without knowing it has arrived. Something changes — sleep breaks at 3 a.m., nights run warm, moods swing — and there is no clear answer to why. Perigee exists so those years come with fewer blanks. It reads the readings an Apple Watch already records overnight, compares them with what is usual for her, and says in plain words what changed. And because the next step is often a doctor’s appointment, Perigee gathers those dated readings into a PDF she can bring — so the conversation starts from her records instead of her memory.
One line: Perigee reads the nights an Apple Watch records and explains them in plain words — perimenopause, against her own baseline.

What it does — and doesn’t
Does
- Reads the readings a Watch already records during sleep — wrist temperature, sleep, breathing rate — alongside daily resting heart rate and HRV
- Compares each night with what is usual for her, not with a population average
- Explains the morning in plain words, and says when more nights are needed for a fair comparison
- Assembles dated readings into a PDF she can bring to a doctor’s appointment
Doesn’t
- It doesn’t measure hormones — nothing on a wrist does
- It doesn’t diagnose, and never claims to know why something changed — only what changed, and when
- It doesn’t replace her doctor; it gives the appointment a record to start from
Perigee doesn’t provide medical advice or diagnose any condition. It organizes your Watch readings so you and your doctor can review them together.
